Sundara Satsangs
In our day-to-day struggle for existence, we forget the noble ideals and values
which we are meant to digest and live. Swamiji’s teachings awaken us to them and
give us the strength to live the Hindu way-of-life. People thus inspired and awakened
by Swamiji in the gyana yagnas join satsangs in order to live and assimilate our
culture. It is like watering the sapling that we have planted.
In a word, the satsangs aspire to help the members develop a divine vision by which
one can see God in the world. The satsangs have been making good progress since
their origin. In some centers Krishna temples and satsang bhavans, with meditation
halls have also been constructed. The members of satsangs continue their practice
of sadhana on the one hand and even take up service activities on spiritual, religious,
medical and educational lines. However, conveying the light of our ancient culture
to every corner of the society has been the prime aim of Swamiji’s cultural and
spiritual renaissance movement and satsangs are the powerful instruments through
which he tries to achieve this stupendous task.
